The difference between hired cars and a wedding motorcade is matching. We field convoys of the same model and the same colour — typically Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class sedans — so the arrival photographs as one coherent procession rather than whatever was available on the day.
Vehicles are detailed the morning of the wedding: exterior polished, interiors cleaned and dressed, and ribbons or floral work fitted to your specification if you are supplying them.
The timeline is the job
A wedding runs on a schedule that nobody gets to rerun. Our chauffeurs are briefed on the full day before it starts — collection points, ceremony time, photograph locations, reception venue and the final departure — and they work from a written timeline rather than from phone calls on the day.
We build in Nairobi traffic buffers as a matter of course, and we do a route check on the venues in advance so nobody is discovering a closed road at the moment it matters.
Moving the guests, not just the couple
Most wedding transport problems are guest problems. We run Toyota Coasters carrying up to twenty-four passengers for guest shuttles between ceremony and reception, and Viano or Alphard vans for the bridal party and immediate family.
For out-of-town and international guests we can add airport transfers to the same booking, so the whole weekend sits on one account and one point of contact.
Beyond weddings

Executive sedans start from $270 per day and the flagship Mercedes S-Class from $350 per day, with guest coaches from $200. Most couples book a matched convoy plus a guest shuttle — send us your date and venues for a package quote.
Can you match the cars in the convoy?
Yes, and we recommend it. We field convoys of the same model and colour, usually Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class, so the arrival looks deliberate in photographs rather than assembled from whatever was free.
Can you decorate the cars?
Yes. We fit ribbons and floral arrangements to your specification where you supply them, and the vehicles are detailed the morning of the wedding so everything is pristine on the day.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season weddings we recommend booking two to three months ahead, particularly if you want a matched multi-vehicle convoy. Shorter notice is often possible — contact us and we will tell you honestly what is available.
