Our operations desk confirms availability, sends a written quotation with the all-in daily rate, and assigns a named chauffeur once you approve. You receive the chauffeur's details before the assignment begins.

Published daily rates run from $180 to $500 depending on vehicle class, and include the vehicle, a professional chauffeur, fuel for standard daily mileage within the agreed area, and insurance. Park entry fees, out-of-area mileage, overnight chauffeur allowances and airport parking are quoted separately so there are no surprises on your invoice. Helicopter charter is quoted on request.

Chauffeur driven is our standard across the executive fleet — it is what protects the discretion, punctuality and safety we are engaged for. Self-drive can be arranged on selected vehicles by prior agreement, subject to licence verification and a security deposit.

Yes. Airport meet-and-greet is one of our most requested services. Your chauffeur monitors the inbound flight, is in position ahead of the scheduled landing, and meets you in arrivals with a name board. For delegations, the Mercedes Viano and Toyota Alphard offer face-to-face captain seating and luggage capacity for the full party.

Our chauffeurs are certified in defensive driving and trained in diplomatic and corporate etiquette. They are background checked before engagement, drive only the classes they are cleared for, and operate under a confidentiality undertaking covering every client movement. Security-trained drivers are assigned to armored assignments.

Yes. We run upcountry transfers, cross-country corporate movements and multi-day safari circuits including the Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Samburu and Naivasha. Safari-spec Land Cruisers carry a pop-top roof, cooler box and a guide-trained driver, and foreign-language guides can be arranged with notice.

We operate an armored Toyota Land Cruiser V8 at ballistic protection level, paired with a security-trained chauffeur. It is intended for diplomatic missions, executives on elevated-risk assignments and VIP convoy work. Because these movements are planned individually, armored requests are handled by direct consultation rather than instant booking.

Client identities, itineraries, manifests and movement patterns are treated as confidential and are never disclosed or used in marketing without written permission. Chauffeurs operate under a non-disclosure undertaking, vehicles carry tinted glass as standard, and routes are managed discreetly.
