Nairobi is a diplomatic capital — home to UN headquarters for Africa, more than eighty missions and a constant calendar of summits. Supreme Concierge provides the ground transport layer for that traffic: embassy staff movements, visiting delegations, ministerial programmes and conference logistics.
Protocol matters as much as punctuality. Our crews understand seating precedence, flag protocol, arrival order at venues and the difference between a principal’s vehicle and a support vehicle.
For delegations we operate coordinated convoys rather than a loose collection of cars. A single point of contact manages the whole movement, vehicles travel in assigned order, and every chauffeur works from the same written schedule.
We routinely field movements of twenty or more passengers across mixed vehicle types — executive sedans for principals, Viano and Alphard vans for staff, and a Coaster for larger support teams. Armored units can be integrated into any convoy where the security assessment calls for it.
Every chauffeur assigned to diplomatic work is background-checked and briefed on the specific programme before it begins. Multilingual drivers are available on request, which removes a great deal of friction for francophone, Arabic-speaking and Mandarin-speaking delegations.
Discretion is a condition of employment, not a courtesy. Conversations in the vehicle stay in the vehicle, and we sign non-disclosure agreements as standard for mission and corporate accounts.
Beyond one-off delegations, we hold retained vehicles for multinationals with regular Nairobi operations — a dedicated car and chauffeur assigned to your office on a monthly basis, invoiced against a single account.
This works particularly well for country directors, rotating expatriate staff and organisations that need a vehicle available without carrying it on their own books.
