Most Kenyan safari problems are coordination problems — a vehicle from one supplier, park fees paid separately, a lodge booked direct and nobody holding the whole plan. Supreme Concierge handles the itinerary end to end: vehicle, guide-trained chauffeur, park entry fees, lodge reservations and every transfer in between.
You deal with one company and one invoice. If a plan changes mid-trip — and on safari it often does — there is one number to call rather than four.
The classic circuit is the Maasai Mara, Amboseli with its Kilimanjaro backdrop, and Lake Naivasha for a shorter escape. Samburu and Lewa suit travellers who have done the Mara and want somewhere less trafficked, and the coast around Diani, Watamu and Lamu works well as a decompression leg at the end of a safari.
For visitors with only a day, Nairobi National Park sits inside the city boundary and delivers genuine game viewing within an hour of your hotel.
Our tour fleet is safari-specification rather than repurposed city cars. The Tour Land Cruiser seats seven with a pop-top roof, cooler box and park-ready four-wheel drive, built for multi-day circuits on rough park roads.
The Tour Safari Van seats eight with a pop-top roof and a guaranteed window seat for every passenger — the efficient choice for day trips and smaller groups. Both are driven by chauffeurs with guide training, so the person at the wheel can actually tell you what you are looking at.
The same infrastructure supports executive retreats, incentive trips and conference add-on excursions. We can move a group of twenty-four in a Toyota Coaster to Naivasha for a strategy offsite, or split a delegation across multiple safari vehicles for a Mara programme.
For clients short on time, a helicopter charter to the Mara turns a six-hour road transfer into forty-five minutes — we arrange the flight and the game-drive vehicle waiting on the other side.

Drivers who can identify wildlife and read the park, not just navigate to it.
Entry fees for every reserve on your itinerary paid and reconciled by us.
Accommodation booked and confirmed as part of the same itinerary.
Never a middle seat — every passenger gets a viewing position.
Helicopter charter to the Mara or Amboseli, with ground vehicles at both ends.
Tour vehicle hire starts from $180 per day for a pop-top safari van and $280 per day for a safari-spec Land Cruiser, including the guide-trained chauffeur. Park fees and lodges are quoted on top, against your specific itinerary and dates.
Yes. Park entry fees, lodge reservations and inter-camp transfers are all handled as part of the same booking, so you travel on one itinerary and settle one invoice.
Five to six hours by road from Nairobi, depending on conditions and the gate you use. By helicopter charter it is roughly forty-five minutes, which is worth considering on a short trip.
The Great Migration reaches the Maasai Mara between roughly July and October, which is peak season. The dry months of January and February offer excellent general game viewing with fewer visitors, and green-season rates are considerably lower.
Yes. We handle executive retreats, incentive trips and conference excursions — from a twenty-four seat Coaster to Naivasha, to a multi-vehicle Mara programme with lodges and flights arranged together.
