a) The rates specified on this site are valid for Residents (Ksh) and Non-resident ($).
b) The Rates are Fuel Inclusive with a bottle of water for each guest per seat.
c) All of the cars are Chauffeur Driven. Foreign language speaking driver on request
d) Transfer rates Applicable-Within Nairobi
e) Rates can be negotiated for LONG TERM HIRES (min. 15 days +)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES (ON REQUEST)
a) Handling of purchase of park tickets (US$ 10.00 per booking)
b) On request coffee / tea bags (extra cost)
c) On request bean bags (FOC)
d) Cooler box filled with water / sodas etc. (extra cost)
e) Wine Sundowners (extra cost)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
◆ Rates are based on 100kms per day on average and extra kms can be charged if this is exceeded.
◆ Rates are valid for the common tourist circuits such as (Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Mt. Kenya, Aberdares, Samburu, Meru, Laikipia, Lake Baringo/Bogoria, Amboseli, Tsavo East & West.)
◆ Rates are not valid for TURKANA, MARSABIT, MARALAL, MOMBASA, LAMU, MANDERA, and MOYALE AND ANY DESTINATION OUTSIDE OF KENYA.
◆ Should vehicles not be available due to high demand please note that we reserve the right to change rates in case we have to sub-hire.
PAYMENT TERMS
◆ For bookings, we kindly request you to send an LPO. Payment conditions to be agreed upon.
Please note that in case of any breakdown we are not liable for loss of meals, accommodation or any other extras.
◆ 30 days upon invoicing. The client should send invoices on a weekly basis
CANCELLATION POLICY
◆ For transfers – Amendments free of charge upto 4 hours prior service start.
Cancellations free of charge upto 12hrs prior service start.
◆ For safaris – Amendments free of charge upto 7 days prior to service start.
Cancellations free of charge upto 10 days prior service start
